π Description:
Here's a gritty little duo straight from the toolbox of yesteryear-a pair of all-metal cutting snips with some serious patina and a no-nonsense, working-man past. The larger pair is a Wiss #8, and the smaller is Crescent Mfg Co-both proudly made in the USA back when tools were forged to last.
They're rusty, crusty, and heavy-duty. Perfect for restoration, display, or that rugged industrial dΓ©cor vibe. Blades are not currently sharp and show heavy surface rust, but the handles are solid, and there's plenty of character packed in these old cutters.
π οΈ Maker: Wiss (No. 8) and Crescent Mfg Co
π Year: Circa 1940s-50s
π Size:
*
Wiss #8: 13" L x 4.5" W
*
Crescent: 10.25" L x 3.75" W
π© Materials: Forged steel
β οΈ Condition: Heavily worn and rusty with pitting, paint remnants, and visible aging. Functional as display or for parts/restoration-not recommended for current cutting use.
