Manufactured by Justrite Manufacturing Co. of Chicago, Illinois, this rugged UL-listed Safety Can (No. C683454) hails from the mid-20th century - back when steel was thick, paint was leaded, and warning labels were optional.
Painted in the original safety red and black, with a bright yellow CAUTION band that practically hollers "handle with care," this can wears its work scars like medals of honor. The lid and hinge mechanism remain intact, with satisfying industrial heft and patina.
Perfect for display in a garage, workshop, or rustic home décor setup. Around here, we call it "functional nostalgia with a side of attitude."
